Leadership circle membership
 

The Ulman Cancer Fund (UCF) was established in 1997 as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit
corporation in order to support Young Adults with cancer. A leading voice in the
young adult cancer movement, we are working to support, educate, connect and
empower young adult cancer survivors. We continue to work tirelessly at both the
community and national levels to raise awareness of the young adult cancer issue
and ensure all young adults and families impacted by cancer have a voice and the
resources necessary to thrive.

The Ulman Cancer Fund relies on individuals, businesses and organizations that are
members of our Leadership Circle to provide the support that makes our support to
Young Adults and their families possible. Please consider joining the Leadership
Circle and help us battle this terrible disease that no one deserves. Our goal is
1,000 Leadership Circle members over the next 5 years. It is an inspiring goal and
one that we cannot reach without each one of you committing today to our
challenge.

As a Leadership Circle member you are personally making a difference to a young
adult fighting cancer. In addition, you will receive information about how your gift is
being used to make a difference and a small gift of our appreciation, your name will
be placed on a plaque at our offices, you will be listed as a member of our
Leadership Circle within corporate materials and UCF’s website, and you will receive
an invitation to our yearly Leadership Circle Recognition Dinner.

As an Inspirer, Visionary, and Luminary level Leadership Circle Member, you
receive all the benefits listed above, your name will be placed on the Wall of Hope
Plaque and you will receive recognition at UCF events.
 

Leadership Levels:

• Motivator $1,000 - $2,499
• Leader $2,500 - $4,999
  
• Inspirer $5,000 – $7,499
  
• Visionary $7,500 – $9,999
  
• Luminary $10,000+
  

Years of Commitment:

• 3 Years
• 5 Years
• 7 Years

How to join:

1. Download and complete the Leadership Circle Enrollment Form
    
2. Return with a check and/or make a donation on-line using a credit card
   
   Mail to: Ulman Cancer Fund, 921 E. Fort Ave, Suite 325 Baltimore, MD 21230
   
   Donate on-line -- If you're making monthly payments (i.e. $100/month) you can designate this using our on-line donation system.
   
   
3. Once recieved, UCF staff will contact you to confirm and thank you for your commitment and investment in the young adult cancer fight!
