24 Hours of Booty Event Expands to Columbia, Maryland
COLUMBIA, Md. – 24 Hours of Booty, Inc. (www.24hoursofbooty.org), which runs the Official 24-Hour Cycling Event of the Lance Armstrong Foundation and the only 24-hour road cycling charity event in the country, announced today that it is taking the 24 Hours of Booty event nationwide. The first expansion event will take place in Columbia, Md. at The Gateway Business Park Loop from Noon, Saturday, Sept. 6 to Noon, Sunday, Sept. 7.
The 24 Hours of Booty is a non-competitive charity cycling event that is geared for teams and individuals and is open to participants of all ages and skill levels. A registration fee of $45 per participant and minimum $150 fundraising is required by August 22, 2008. Proceeds from the 24 Hours of Booty of Columbia, Md. event will benefit the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults (UCF) and Lance Armstrong Foundation.
