Aviana Gracial
, 14, of San Dimas, California, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma – Stage 4 at age 11 in January 2001. It was said of Aviana’s spirit, “The challenges she faced the last two and a half years with cancer never seemed to bring her down. Brian Long, 19, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was diagnosed at age 16 with Hodgkin’s Disease. It was written of Brian that, “he has an extremely positive work ethic and a phenomenal outlook on life. He has persevered where others may have given up or taken the easy way out.” Read Brian's story

Jessica Glago first battled cancer as a child, losing an eye to the disease. Determined to experience life to the fullest extent possible, Jessica overcame obstacles to succeed in school and build lasting friendships. Unfortunately, junior year of high school brought another cancer to Jessica, this time Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Struggling with a sundry of difficulties in the midst of what she believed to have been her second chance, Jessica again persevered by finding balance in her life, and now looks forward to college more than ever.
